  • Secure in a timely manner account receivables per account (collection.)
  • Effectively promote product portfolio thru individual/ one-on-one customer meetings/presentations/ exhibits/conventions leading to the creation of demands/ purchase orders/ repeat purchase orders and brand loyalty.
  • Account management thru handling and coordination of various concerns, order purchasing, delivery if needed, and technical concerns and services.
  • Business developments: tap new accounts.
  • Establish sound business relationship/ rapport per account especially with key customers.
  • Administrative/ clerical work: remittance, approvals, expense reports, itineraries, and bookings.
  • Assist in deliveries and pick up of documents (PO, contracts, etc)
  • Bidding preparations.
  • Handle other special instructions from management.
