About the role

• Graduate of any 4-year engineering courses or business-related course
• With strong working experience in Batching plants/Precast plants as a supervisor in the construction or distribution industry.
• Preferably with technical selling experience
• With experience in ready mix concrete
• Possesses strong people skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• with strong knowledge of market trends and conditions
• Ability to set strategies for the introduction of new products
• Able to travel to remote areas on regular basis to manage and support key accounts and project
• Must be able to do product and application training and troubleshooting at clients’ site
