Conduct preventive maintenance on machines.
Conducts troubleshooting and repair on machines.
Conducts alignment, calibration, and quality control on machines.
Conducts checking and testing of machines before delivery.
Evaluates machines.
Make sure that all deployed machines are functional and operational.
To immediately fix/repair problems in machines.
Cascade to the technical supervisor if the machine problem is beyond knowledge.
Assist end-user if support is needed.
Perform preventive maintenance once a month to ensure machine condition.
Perform orientation, demo, and actual running of the machine with the end user.
Request an immediate backup unit of the machine once the problem cannot be fixed on time.
Monitor and observe if the machine is running whenever visiting the account.
Checking of Reagent expiration dates.
Sending weekly reports to the technical head/supervisor.
Updating technical supervisor and end-user after the machine has been fixed.
Reminding end-user how to operate and maintenance of machines.
Assist the Head engineer to ensure that the area assigned is well coordinated with directions of the technical team
Ensure that deadlines and reports are given on time by engineers under assigned areas.
Ensure that the respective area hits its performance measures.
