Communication with Principal Suppliers regarding product updates and unresolved problems.
Evaluation of defective kits.
After-sales service.
Support for PMRs from promotion to closing deals.
Training and evaluation of new machines/products.
Training of new product specialists.
Work with engineers to ensure optimum machine operation.
Communication with principals regarding updates on machines.
Communication with principals regarding immediate unresolved concerns
Minor troubleshooting.
