• 2–3-year experience is preferred
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products
• Answers questions from clients about products and service benefits
• Selling and promoting products and other services
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Track shipments and update customers if there are any delays
• Update and distribute materials regarding our products and promotions
• Update social media
• Assist with in-house sales
• Perform other support tasks as needed
