• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering) is
preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical role, such as networking, system
administration or technical support
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear,
customer-friendly language
• Willing to travel occasionally for customer engagements and/or demonstrations
• Relevant certifications are a plus
